Return and Refund Policy:
1. Eligibility
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
2. Initiating a Return
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
